Highly-anticipated 6.4 Update to go live May 17 [UPDATED]

The highly-anticipated major update will be released on May 17 for both European and American servers.

Estimated downtime for EU server: 4:00 - 13:00 UTC

Estimated downtime for US server: 9:00 - 18:00 UTC

Note. Those players who have active premium account upon the start of the maintenance will have it extended for 24h.

    Estimated downtime for EU server: 4:00 UTC - 13:00 UTC it will be at day from 16:00 to 00:00 at night or its 04:00 to 13:00 day time?

    Its from the 17th, 4:00 UTC in the morning (meaning you will be sleeping) until the 17th 13:00 UTC in the afternoon (meaning you will be at school, at work, or just being lazy).

    Just play at night on the 17th (tommorow) and you should be fine

    Will our premium accounts be put on hold for 1 day or while you make the game unavailable to play will people still have a day taken off. Its not fair on some people who would normally play during the time the game is down to then take a days premium off them. Its not a lot to ask that 1 days premium be put on hold or the entire players get given 1 day and that way no one would lose out premium or not.

    UTC = GMT.
    So downtime will be :
    04:00 UTC/GMT to 13:00 UTC/GMT
    05:00 British Summer Time to 14:00 British Summer Time (GB is on BST not GMT during the summer)
    06:00 Central European Summer Time to 15:00 Central European Summer Time (Most of Europe are on CEST in the summer, and not CET)

    seconde , im just confused about a change in the patch note , you are rising the panter bottom armor from 16mm to 17 mm ... , i mean will 1mm do any diffrence ? as far as i know , all bullets which dont penetrate wont now , and all which penetrate will do again , i dont find how +1mm can do any difference ...

    So you really are nerfing yankies. I have great idea for ya - give T30 120mm gun from T34. Since both VK45 and IS-4 have guns from their t10 cousins it is obvious, american t9 and t10 should have same gun, and 120 is best option considering your latest moves. Those capitalists must be punished!

    Question:
    Will we see the broken credit income of the M12 beeing fixed in the near future?

    It's really irritating when you go from a Tier 5 (M41) which gets 70k credits for a good game, to a Tier 6 which gets 17k credits for a good game (Without having paid the shells or rapair yet).

    While every other Tier 6 artillery has a regular credit income, that is.
    Please have a look into that

    A: Launcher will update the game automatically. Alternatively you can DL the patch from the website.

    Q: Were there already any in-game changes? I just played Pagorkio map and whole map was like a new one (completely redesigned as patch notes metioned) but without proper graphic patch.

    I mean...it was like there was new map with old looks. There were invisible walls, when i tried to drive over a wooden fence it didn`t crash, instead i just "flied" above it and it wasn`t just me. many players said they have same problems on game chat

    What about capping not working, too? Was this a partial rollout or are the EU servers to weak to handle current traffic? Besides the bugs and poor balancing these server issues are the worst problem. Lost a few battles because we couldn't cap and also missed some kills due to the lag.

    David's talking bout yesterday night. They restarted the servers later then (21:30 UTC). No idea however if things ran fine after restart.

    I confirm yesterday like everyday if we are more than 20000 players it s too laggy to play, and yesterday night cap didn t work :(

    Upgrade line & servers coming ? Or we have to register on russian or us servers ?

    Just before the website went offline I checked my own player page showing me that my account type has been reset to a standard account. Earlier this morning the page showed premium with 26 days left. Is this a planned action due to the ongoing maintenance at the moment or is there a problem? Just curious and scared for a bit ;)

    In game stats for the Object 261 : 0.37 accuracy for the 180mm gun..is that a typo ?!
    If not it's just completely insane accuracy for a SPG gun of that caliber.

    German VK died with patch.

    I do not know what have you fixed with VK turret but this tank is not the same any more. It is complete joke now.
    Every hit I loose one or two crew members or some module is destroyed.
    In every game I loose cannon and get turret stuck.
    128mm is dinging like crazy even on KV and KV-3 ???
    With ROF of 4 rounds/min ... you are forced to camp camp and nothing but the camp hoping that you won't ding on jgpz IV ...
    VK can not reach 29 kmph any more on any terrain ???

    Cammo, binoculars, cammo skill, 100$ crew everything remained the same - I do not have problem with that - I played German tanks in more than 5k battles and I'm used to be visible all the time.

    Spotting is half way fixed, no more comments on this.

    Visually game is much better but that doesn't count too much in my realm.

    I have played whole day today since patch and managed to loose 8 xp points in average score... it tells you enough how bad it was. VK is dead.

    I still have 30 days of premium and I have paid 100e for gold, but I'm quitting the game.

    It is time to admit that you will never make German tanks equal to Russian tanks.

    thank you for all your efforts and hard work but it is time for me to quit.

    If I accidentally downloaded and installed the EU version of 6.4 and it wont let me log into the US servers because of the US EU server ban thing, Do I have to fully uninstall and reinstall the game or can I just run the US patch and go from there.

    Where is the German E series Tanks and my Tiger II reloads like a snail I see no speed increase for the poor Tiger II,Hull armor reduced remind me why I play this game. Have you heard of the word BALANCE you seem to be very familiar with the word favoritism for all things russian. Looks like its time to go back to EvE-online at least they try to balance, shame i was starting to enjoy this game this patch is shitty if your not russian

    A :During a battle When you press the alt button for example you are aiming at an enemy su85 you will see when pressing alt button his name + the su85 icon above it and its tier if you enable show tier option too.

    A: Clan leaders and treasurers will be able to ditribute gold generated from CWs to clan members.

    sience the new patch, i disconnect sometimes(i lost the control of my tank and have to wait about 2 min for the message).I have mutch beter PC then system req. I have no problem with my internet. It's not a big deal in random battle, but important in clan war!
