Public Test of 7.0. Finally!

The public test of 7.0 update has been launched which means we are one step closer to its release. Below is the changelog for the upcoming major update. In order to take part in test, visit the respective WoT website and follow the instructions there.

World of Tanks v.0.6.7 - 0.7.0 patch notes:


Main changes:
- Added system for working with multiple game servers (multi cluster technology).
An extremely important feature which is the heart of 7.0 update. It creates the basis for future merge of global map and server selection.
- Added camouflage system for all tanks.
Permanent camos - for gold, fixed period of time camos - for credits.
- Added tank horns. Default key for tank horns is “H”.
25 gold per horn. Test mode of horns, haven't decided on them so far.
- Added company tiers: up to tier 4, up to tier 6, up to tier 8, and up to tier 10. For tiers 4, 6, and 8 added special restrictions on SPGs
Special restrictions on LTs will be added in the next public test update. No worries.
- Added in-game report system. You can right-click the player’s name and report that player from the new context menu.

Content:
- Added new maps – Marsh and Fjords.
- Added new special premium tanks – SU-85I and Pz IV Hydraulic.
Both are temporary available in Store for testing purposes. They won't be purchasable after the release!
- Added tanks for "box" version: PzII J, BT-SV and MTLS-G14.

- Fixed a number of bugs in tank models.
Visual improvements.
- Fixed a number of bugs and stuck places on most of the maps.
- Some maps got animated birds added.
Also a key feature!
- Added display of clan emblems.

Reworked tank hitboxes:
- Germany: Pz VI Tiger, Pz 38(t), VK 3601(H), JagdPz IV, VK 3002 (DB), Pz III/IV, Pz 38H735(f), Pz S35 739(f), Pz B2 740(f), Pz 38 NA, E-100.
- USA: M4 Sherman, T29, T32, T30, T14, M5 Stuart, M7, M2 med, M4A2E4, Ram II.
- USSR: Т-34, KV, MS-1, А-20, SU-18, IS-3, Т-44, SU-85B, SU-14, Valentine LL, Matilda LL, KV-3, T-54, IS-7, KV-13, Object 704, А-32.
All hitboxes now feature 16 groups of armor and benefit from skirt armor (where it was used historically). The "ears" of E-100 and T29 have been adjusted to no damage armor type, hitboxes of E-75 and E-50 haven't been changed.

Gameplay and mechanics:
- The rate of getting team damage and team kill penalty points doubled.
Penalties will arrive twice faster now.
- Changed mechanics of determining minimal armour thickness for HE damage.
More accurate HE damage mechanics.
- Added display of enemy tracers in the narrow sector of player’s gun direction.
- Added display of tracers for SPG mode when the firing tank’s position is within SPG player’s view.
- Quitting the battle leaves the tank in battle. In case it was not destroyed during the battle, it is automatically destroyed when the battle ends.
- Fixed rare bug with unreasonable spotting.
- Fixed rare bug with reticle's horizontal jerking when switching to sniper mode.
- Fixed rare bug with reticle freezing in sniper mode when the vehicle is close to another object.
This one and the one above it were rare, but extremely annoying.
- Fixed rare bug with ubreasonable decrease of Pz IV traverse speed.
Shame on us!
- Fixed bug in Invader achievement description.
- Added separate type of shells for all German 8.8cm L/71 gun, damage set to 240.
Both KwK and PaK.
- Adjusted specifications for 7.5cm conic gun for VK3601H.
Nefred!!
- Added 7.5cm conic gun for Tiger (available for both turrets).
- Т-44: added LB-1 gun for top turret, added V-54-6 engine with 680 hp.
T-44 used to be the worst tier 8 medium stat-wise, now it is supposed to overtake at least Type 59.
- Changed models and specifications for both IS-3 turrets.
- Slightly reduced normalization for AP and ACPR shells.
- Adjusted view ranges and ammo rack hit points for tier 7, 8, and 9 medium tanks.
- Adjusted specifications for all automatic guns.
- Credit prices for tier 2 and 3 tanks rounded down.

UI:
- Improved minimap functionality. Added scaling; turning on/off in battle; markers for commands “Help!”, “Follow me!”, “Attacking”; transparency option.
Solid improvements indeed, many were looking forward to them.
- Added tips for hangars functions. You can activate them pressing F1 in hangar.
- Improved display of tank markers. Added sorting by range.
- Added additional options for tank markers.
- Added colour-blind theme, available in options.
- Reworked players list on the map loading screen.
- Added goals of the battle on the map loading screen.
- Added new mode for players list during the battle. Added buttons for switching the modes.
- When selling the tank you get quick option to remove its equipment and crew.
- Added information about the clan in player’s UserInfo.
- Changed the design of death hint after tank’s destruction.
- Added indicator for equipment that affects visibility (camo net, binocular telescope) showing whether it provides bonus or not.
- Added auto removal of non-compatible consumables.
- Added sound notification when the gun is fully aimed.
- Changed sound notification when hitting and damaging tank modules.
- Added sound notification when ramming static object, while driving at speed more than 10 km/h.
- Added sound notification on base capture progress.
- Added auto blocking for spamming the same message or symbols in the game chat.
- Added option to assign game commands for the additional mouse buttons.
- Added warning window when selling a tank that can not be purchased in Store (e.g. special premium tank)
- Added notification on saving screenshot.
- Added notification when it's impossible to sell tank due to exceeding selling limit.
- Added notification when trying to resupply both credit and gold ammo and consumables having not enough gold on account.
- Removed Camera postion option.
- Added "Caps lock" indicator on login screen.
- Removed all achievements from personal crew profile barring "epic" and "hero of the battle".
- Fixed diplay of modified experience during specials (e.g. x5, x3).
Finally! No more empty brackets!
- Fixed the names of some American tanks.
- Fixed and imporved interface pop-up tips and dialogue windows.

System:
- Improved overall game performance on several PC configurations.
- Improved special effects. Changed effects of shots, hits and explosions.
- Added advanced special effects options.
- Added improved support for Logitech keyboards, Alienware laptops.
- Fixed certain problems with game display for multiscreen configurations.
- Improved display and performance of dynamic shadows.
- Added new antialiasing mode - FXAA.
- Improved quality of voice chat.
- Added "vignette" post-effect.

    Q: Can you give us the exact degrees of new shell normalization? How much has it been changed?

    Q: Do the "ears" on the E100 also include the rest of the "police bar"( ie the part on top of the turret) or just the parts sticking out the sides?

  2. So the T29 and T30 hitboxes were changed, but the T34's weren't? That's weird, considering... And no T28/95?

    Are you really going to make horns gold consumables? Seriously? Just suspend their use when someone hammers on it.

    T29's ears? Finally... I imagine a lot of people had wished for the E100 to have one of the two turrets people were debating, rather than the third one we actually got that no one wanted.

    So after the poll where a majority of people complained about team damage from ramming, you MULTIPLIED the effect? Is it April 1st already?

    Been waiting for the camo/binoc notifier ever since the game was released. It's so confusing for new players.

    The new sounds should go a long way, but keep in mind things like "added sound notification when the gun is fully aimed" will probably get very tiresome, considering how often that happens.

    Good update in terms of cleaning up a lot of minor nitpicks most players have about the game.

  7. Q: is the "box" version going to come with a choice of which tank you want? So on the cover it will tell you which tank you get or when you enter the code in will you get a choice?

    Also I still have yet to see the retail version where I live.

    FOR THOSE WHOSE GAME CLOSES WHEN THE MAP IS LOADED - Disable your addons, then turn them back one by one and see which one is causing the issue... (For me it was the addon which shown HP, and exact damages.

    HOW TO CHANGE CLIENT LANGUAGE TO ENGLISH - Start the launcher, select a random language, then set it back to English, it should work.

    It would be great that u can chose the type of shell in the countdown time... so that u are loading the preffered and dont have to lose the first second to do that (if u dont forget at last xD)...

  36. Hmm.. so many new features that are impossible to test in Russian :D No idea where the new minimap settings are, couldn't you atleast post a screenshot with some translations? :)

    I know there's some trick replacing LC files, but wouldn't the english 6.x files miss the new menu texts?

  38. OK, I tried to rewrite it, but I am not able to find the right words. I REALLY hope, that the nerfed turret armor for T29, T34 and T30 won't stay.
    I just... I don't get it. 178mm of armor? The turret of tanks which got no hullarmor? (well, T29 has pritty good armor for its tier) I would really like to know the reason for that decision.

  39. Hi Guys, I played on test server last night, so i can answer a few questions above:
    - Horns colst 25 gold per tank and not super annoying because there is a limit on how often you can honk and its not too loud in the game.
    - Unlike previous test patches this is a full client so you just install it into new folder (no need to copy existing WoT install first. Unfortunately this also makes download huge.
    - Many fancy mods currently no longer work and will cause game to close. Don't install them yet.
    - Normalization means how many degrees the shell can turn when it hits the angled armor. Reducing normalization means the angled armor will get bouncier.
    - To resize the minimap use = and - buttons. It will remember size for next game.

  40. Overall i can say the new update is pretty nice. Code optimization definitely noticeable. Camos are nice but expensive. Horns are cute but useless (not as annoying as expected). Minimap improvements are awesome, from re-sizing to proper makers when people request help or support. Base cap siren is loud and very intense (needs separate volume control IMO). Good stuff!

  42. Major Russian Buff, shell normalization, OP IS7, OP new premium russian TD in all catagories better than maxed StugIII, the only reason why they buffed the Stug a little bit. KV5 major buff. Just because Russian tanks are #1 suicide rushers in 90% of the PUGs. That's christmas for the i***ts. Hey yoiu ruin your car a Ford and your insarance company hands out for free a new cadillac. I was hoping the new camo is negating the use of mickey mouse skins, no not so, they are still visible. Crappy patch, I'm sorry. But You'll gonna see me a lot less

  45. I know you guys aren't really into re-releasing premium tanks. As a purchaser of the numerous Tier 5 and down tanks it would be VERY cool to be able to purchase the PzII J, BT-SV and MTLS-G14. Would be money for you guys and there not unbalancing to the game. I collect tanks in my garage, i am sure others do. I came late to the game and so these tanks which aren't reward tanks aren't available to players like me who collect the models in the game.

  46. Overlord, I wonder where is that option to buy all skins for a tank and then game puts automatically one that is most suitable for the map you are playing on?

    And horns, it sound weird, I thought you won't put them in game?
    Well, since they are here, will there be a General Lee Horn sound :)

    Another thing more, since this is already little customization of tanks, are you considering possibility for players to upload their own skins for tanks (and horns) in exchange for credits or gold?

    Are the British tech tree, well under construction yet? Im suggesting the Tortoise SuperHeavyTank (as the US; T28/T95) would be a must for tier 9 British Tank Destroyer.

    Ooops, typo(sort of). Nope. The current testserver value is 178. The old/current server value (not new) is 279.
    And 17mm of armor in the back of the hull for T30

    Since things get changed while the testserver runs I really hope, that the american heavy line will not get nerfed that hard.

    Will the alarm feature when the flag is getting captured be able to be turned on/off?

  73. Concerning T30 series of american heavy tanks, their armor values seems to be the same as in 0.6.7, it's just a matter of hitbox overhaul. It's said that turret front armor displayed now is the armor of actual turret. Previously gun mask thickness was included in this parameter. And about the rear hull armor of T30, it's said that it's just a bug.
    The information was confirmed by Storm from WG, on russian forums.

  75. Overlord, please tell me the changes to the US heavies were some strange typo? I spent a lot of time grinding the US heavies, and now, just before I'm reaching the T30, your nerfing their only strength, the turret?

    Or is it because of the new armour classes, and is there some extra layer of protection not listed in the stats?

    I think this is way too nice. It must be much more painful. Such that you got banned in 999 minutes when you leave a match for no reason, like a player chicken out in a match. Personally I think it happens more frequently now and this must be stopped, otherwise people get bored of the game.

  79. Love the shoot effect, especially with a muzzle brake. Also i have 20 to 60 FPS on live game, 7.0 with full FSAA I had min of 35 fps, awesome job ! Now you better hurry with 7.1 !

  81. Nice amount of improvements. Looking forward to the actual release. However I noticed two, from my point of view crucial things.

    The hitboxes of the American M6 heavy tank and the German E75 could use a little rework imo. M6 will often times take no damage, but just be tracked if hit with an SPG (talking GW Tiger here, which should blow that thing up). As for the E75: I feel that it is somewhat random whether or not you penetrate it. Its lower hull is harder to penetrate that its upper hull, you will eventually penetrate the turret from the front, other times you won't. Shooting it from the side depends on how high or low you hit the hull.

    Q: Are those going to be looked at or not?

  82. From my experience, the T-59 still is a bit overpowered. Even with my Panther two fully upgraded it is a challenge to kill, while they mow through my HP like hot knives through butter. Even when I snipe them for a good half the map before coming into contact with them, I still struggle to kill them.

  83. Dear Overlord! Just two questions for! The T30 tank nerf like how long? Just because it has always been funny, weak armor reduced http://www.abload.de/img/shot_0356a8hm.jpg the vote was not clear to you that this is the weakest tank? Now that sure is a Tier 5 level tank is shot with a laugh! Bust this tank should not be too small to reach a minimum level of the IS7. With even more incentive for people to lose the game!

    Next question: Jagdtiger frontal armor of any tank that can penetrate. I understand that the lower shell 100 mm, but the E100, E50, E75 tanks are similar, but more about the rebounds. Jagdtigert can not be assimilated to do? At least the bottom. Because it is the weakest of the TD Objects T30 tank still I can not always penetrate.

    The extra layer of protection not included in the stats would be that giant gun shield in front of the turret. That, combined with the turret armor, makes 279mm. They didn't nerf the armor at all.

    Maybe they are testing something that can be done when T30 is changed in to TD.
    As i m sure that they cant just transfer it on to TD line without some modification done.
    Lets see what Overlord has to say about that.

    I have one question about the revisions - will IS become IS-1/IS-2 after the revision of USSR tank tree? I'm still considering option to grind asap to IS-4 or if to wait until revision and have both lines of USSR heavies. Thank you for your answer.

    While the idea of punishing teamkillers and such is great the realization once again is terrible. In 99,9 of all my cases I get punished because of the dumbness of my teammates - they drive around like crazy and ram me and since I usually use heavies they get damage and I not BUT ME gets the penalty - this sucks big time (e.g this week i got a almost T54 who drove full speed into my KT because he did not watch out - and he popped - so what am I supposed to do against such behaviour? !!!!! u need to discriminate angle of impact or something alike to get rid of that !!)

    Also, what are we supposed to do with all this dumb greedy idiots who literally drive in front of your gun - no matter how long you stood there before aimed and shot several volleys into the target - and they don't drive behind your barrel - NOOO they move directly in front of you with no consideration when u gonna shoot next time - which is exactly just then (for which they should be awarded a Darwin award) - and AGAIN it is me who is punished. Yes I watch out no but teammates, but one can't consider all dumb possibilities of ones teammates. If they get credits and XP for being dumb they will never learn how to play properly in the first place!

    PLEASE FIND ANOTHER SOLUTION FOR TEAMKILLERS AND FRIENDLY FIRE - hordes of dumb player hurt the game and the team way worse then an occasional accidental friendly fire!!!
    E.G. Divide the server into a zone WITH and another WITHOUT friendly fire - just like in any other egoshooter - problem solved with alomost no effort!

  111. On the test server even, I haven't heard any horns. I know I didn't bother buying them because they're too expensive for such limited use - a use that already is cosmetic. I wanted to use my gold to push up the German heavy tree. Burning 25 of it on the ability to honk at people three times is a waste even on a test server.

    If you're going to do something like this, just make them gold / credit-based, infinite use for that tank but have a suspension for use like spamming the minimap.

  115. Overlord, I've noticed some bug IMO, why I was trying to check in-game reporting on test server. Ctrl and RMB where working only on enemy team and on a few (I think five) strongest tanks in my team. It didn't worked on most tanks in my team. I was checking it many times. Always the same result.

    Many things in 7.0 are great. Minimap is much more useful, notification about binoculars and camnet is really great, new maps are very fine, this horn which is tested is OK and completely not annoying, but:

    1. Camouflage is too expensive. 250 k credits for 7 days in case of E50 for example is just crazy. I would understand this prices if there would be some bonus in invisibility but there is none. This prices are especially strange if compared with camnet price (100 k and I have it forever). I would like them cheaper (IMO 10 times cheaper) because tanks with this skins looks really awesome!

    2. Great idea with sound alarm in case of friendly base cap. But i don't see a point in alarm in case of enemy base cap. And this sound is quite annoying. Please if you want to keep it make it milder.

    3. Smoke from guns fire is sometimes so intensive that I often lost visibility in sniper mode, I have seen only white fog. Sometimes I had to stop shooting afraid that I will hit teammate. This problem is most annoying in case of faster guns (10 shots per minute or more), or when they are two tanks close to each other. It is of course very realistic and maybe even intended but makes some problems.

    4. It looks that people are getting teamkiller status a little to easy. And I agree with Hypernaut comment above.


    And now something for many "omg Russian OP tanks" whiners ;). I am not Russian but I can read in this language and understand quite a lot. And I have seen many times Russian players crying on battle chat that German tanks are OP. One T54 driver even wrote that E50 should be removed from game because its too strong (he bounced me four times in a row, while all my gold ammo shots penetrated).

    Q2. Should the new UI remember your selection of size (i.e. it now has button for 3 different sizes / info fields) - seems to reset every game which is a pain.

    Q3. A number of the camo skins seem to stretch badly on larger tanks, leading to looking really bizarre and slapped together (check out, say, Mutant 6), is this a bug to be fixed or just the way the camo skins are to be applied and will stay that way?

    Q4. With the hitbox changes, I am finding it more difficult than ever to damage the German & USSR Tier 9/10 tanks - specifically in the case of the Maus, it seems frontal lower hull hits can now track it sometimes. Is there an issue with some of the new hitboxes?

    Q5. Overall, the hitbox change combined with the normalisation change seems to have had detrimental effect on the already imbalanced high-tier heavies, at least from a US point of view. Specifically, it is now even more important for US tankers to aim very carefully (and given the gun accuracys, this means be fairly close range too) which, against US t anks, the other nations still don't really have to worry about. Has this been taken into account at least for the new US tanks incoming to restore balance, if not for further tweaking in this current patch?

    Q6. Some of the new sounds are really irritating - e.g. capping siren if the cap is being constantly broken and restarted gets particularly annoying. Are we likely to get options to enable/disable some of these sounds?

    B) German mediums need a boost in the pene department. I should not be bouncing every shot on IS3's.
    C) Good graphical and sound effect improvements, I have no complaints.
    D) A camo tutorial would be nice for a blog post.
    E) EXP Curve is still brutal for some of the lines, perhaps increasing the standard servers base payout might be wise? Casual gamers like me who enjoy the game and want to play with big toys, haven't the time to get to those tanks. The test server is the only time I have the option to drive 6+ tanks.

We're running a business here, and the copious amounts of cash we're getting from premium subscriptions is only enough to give us 30% year-end bonuses. We need the Gold ammo to sell.     Which ones? E50? Panther II? I think that you mean only those with short 88 mm. Yes, this gun has insufficient penetration.

    No way. It would have been very unfair for those who already grinded to top tanks sometimes spending on it a lot of money and playing many, many battles against stronger opponents.

    Similar thing is with Type-59. People spend money on this tank. It can't be now nerfed. The only thing IMO WG could make with them is changing their matchmaker.

    In respect to it being unfair I disagree. You could give them back XP based on what they would have spent originally. Thus giving them the ability to spend large amounts of free xp on units they wouldn't spend it on otherwise. So it could be handled properly.

    My Lowe has already been nerfed twice now, how is the T-59 any different. I have a E50 fully upgraded 100%crew fully geared, and in a fight. The t-59 almost always wins. That's a problem. The game should be about skill not who shelled out money for a unit. The reason I respect the lowe is it takes talent to Drive. A t-59 does not, ram and shoot. Especially considering my lowe has trouble hurting it, and that's a heavy. So does my T-25 AT a tank destroyer. So does my friends GWPanther, she bounces on it about 5% of the time in an upgraded arty.

  127. I can aim quite well. Why do people always assume that I'm the problem when my shots bounce? I can be firing on the flat facing of the IS3's treads line it up center it, and fire. Not even that high pitched "Chink" to tell me I crited. Only time it remains functional is if I swing around to rear armor. Which may be part of my problem. However it is really upsetting when You've got no play to hit but forward armor and you can't do squat.In my lowe, which in theory is worse pene, I can hit IS7's on side armor and IS4's or lower forward armor easily. Even heavies or other types crumple under that gun.

    I can kill a T-59 assuming it's not at close range, At long range I can snipe out treads and keep them there till enough shells go through. If I am missing skills instead of being nasty about it, might you enlighten me as to what I'm missing? I can reliably connect with areas that should go through. Side tred, rear hull, under carriage, etc. The message I get more then anything else, is "That one bounced" Or "Ricochete".

    It should take the E-50 roughly four or five shots assuming they all go through to kill a T-59. I have sat there on side or rear armor with a friend and I can't go through the armor easily. I've tried varying range bands, places I hit, momentum of the target. Angle of attack.

    Am I simply using the gun wrong? Is it's pene value truly that low at close range? If you do so well in your E-50 I'd appreciate the sharing of knowledge. (Which is funny because I do average about 700xp ish per round in that thing despite it's shortcomings)

    As for the poster who is struggling to kill anything with an E-50... you have the two best penetration guns available to any Tier9 med, if you're bouncing, it's the angles you're hitting at that's the problem.

    1) Allow to enable/disable horn sounds.

    2) PLEASE allow to enable/disable/control sound of base capture, I'm playing at night sometimes and this really wakes up everyone!

    3) Luckily camo has no boost to tank visibility, otherwise with it's current cost you'd make it into a 'pay to win' game!

    4) I like the graphics and effects, mini-map looks amazing now!!

    5) New HE physics are bugged I think... shot an IS-3 - 5 times at his side, 4 more times his rear , using HE shells while driving the PZ IV Hydro for a total of 0 (zero) damage. Surly this is not correct.
    Same happen several more times, HE should do less DMG and that's OK, but not 0 DMG every single time.

    6) Make it remember my choice when sorting tank lists in game.

    My E50 took 95 prc of health from Maus before someone else killed me. I was using normal ammo. So I think it has good gun. And T-54 and Patton doesn't have better penetration.

    World of Tanks is business entertainment. It earns money mostly on people who are grinding, so your proposition is thus completely unrealistic.

  137. For those hating the t30. I once played it in a Clan War, using the Acc of a clan member. I have NEVER touched American heavies at all, but t30 rocked. I felt it to be a great tank. Its philosophy is pretty much the same of the derp gun KV. Hug cover, get out, shoot a target, retreat back into cover. It is not meant to go toe to toe against other tier 10s.

    One more question Overlord: When will information about the Sturmtiger be released? Up until now I have not payed a penny for this game, but the Sturmtiger could actually change that. ;)

    Happened a few months ago. The unit is strong enough that most people don't care. The gun hits respectably hard, penes most things, and it's a remarkably durable unit.

    As far as why the E-50 was under-performing for me chances are it was merely the pure quantity of type 59's running around. I couldn't get a single battle with less then 2 of them. Alone they are not fun to shoot at because forward armor is so sloped. In packs I felt severely underpowered, these should be a tier below me but there gun seems far more powerful. May just be the increase in agility they have making them particularly annoying, but as of right now, I find the 59 to be the better of the premium tanks out there. I'd like for all of them to have merit, instead of being the go to medium. You almost never see real T-54's running around, they are so rare, despite being "better". That's a problem. I still see plenty of Teir 8 german heavies that aren't premium, so why do I never see teir 9 Russian mediums. The answer is that t-59.

    In my experience 85% of all players are stupid. The odds of coming up against a competent T29 driver are pretty slim, so the hull is a valid weak spot. :)

  155. @ZigZagJoe: the VK3601 is basically a mini-tiger, play with it's turret rotation and frontal/side weakspots and it could do the trick. (if you haven't the stock pewpews of T6 meds, but that count for any T6 med :D). If you are stock and the VK3601 have the 88, just do the strat of the medium tank: AVOID COMBAT :D

  157. Vignetting is a post effect which makes the corners of an image darker than the center. Almost like tunnel vision. I guess this is added to the gray-out effect after you died. Do you have a photo album where the pictures are cropped by a circular mask? That's a Vignette.

    The T29 has the best body armor of all tier 7 tanks. It has more thickness than any other tier 7 and it has more slope as well. The side armor of any tank is weak (except stuff like IS7 and Maus). Is is only on higher tiers (T32, T34, T30) where the body armor gets weaker, or stated differently: it does not get any upgrades like tanks of other nations. The T32 armor is ok'ish, the T34 armor is weak and the T30 armor is a joke.

    The T29 hitbox update is nice. Also the T-44 buff.

  158. 1. Didn't play with it, but it didn't seem nearly as annoying as everyone thought it was. I only heard a handful of horns through three or four days of gaming on the test server so far.

    2. Camos look generally okay, but pricing is still FAR too expensive. Pricing for the permanent camo shouldn't be more than 100 gold for the heavies. (And the 7 & 30 day pricing shouldn't be more than 100k credits. 30 days on a heavy tank at, what, 240k silver is NOT worth a camo net or half a rammer.)

    3. The English language workaround makes it a little difficult to really judge all of the UI features, but in general I don't see any problems. The notifications on the minimap are GREAT. I like the sirens/sounds with the base cap (though I would very much like to see one sound specifically for your own base being captures, and another "happier" sound for your team capping the enemy base).

    4. With such a small player pool to work with this weekend, it's a bit hard to really judge gameplay. By afternoon, it was becoming impossible to play any of the new small tanks.

    5. Working on a lower-end laptop, I had to delete some of the particles to keep my fpm in a decent range. The tracers are nice, and working on other machines, the hits look good. I've only had a couple of games each on the two new maps--other than the fairly typical "three battle zones" I didn't see anything bad that stood out (that'll likely have to wait until everyone learns the maps).

    This a symptom of the MM being fubar. So instead of fixing the problem we are going really piss people off who are already pissed off and quitting matches. I have a bank on wall st. I would like you to run.

    1. With the wheel removed from your bike, inspect ICAbike01 the outer ICAbike01 surface of the tire to make sure there are no sharp objects like a thumb-tack or thorn stuck in the tread.
      Remove Tir
      Remove the valve cap and fully deflate the tube bycarbon bike rimsdepressing the valve stem with the hooked end of your tire lever. There are two main types of valve stems, a schrader valve and a presta valve. This tutorial is based on a schrader valve, but I will be covering the different valve types in another tutorial.
      Now it’s time to remove your tire, one side at a time. Choose a section of tire that is away from the valve and hook one of the tire levers under the bead, directly in line with one of your spokes. Pry one side of the tire bead over the edge of the rim, and then hook the end of the tire lever to the nearest spoke. Insert another tire lever two spokes away from the first, and a third another two spokes away. Now the middle lever should fall out, and you can continue the process. When the tire is loose enough you can just run a tire lever around the rest of the rim to pull the whole side over.
      After you have removed one side of carbon fiber rimsthe tire, the other side should come off very easily.
      Inspect Tube
      Now remove the tube from the tire, and try to keepcarbon bicycle rimstrack of where it was positioned in relation to the tire. Inflate the tube to approximately twice its original size. This will expand the hole making it easier to find.
      Listen carefully to the entire circumferenceof the tube; you should hear a hissing sound that will indicate where the leak is. As a last resort you can submerge the tube in water and watch for bubbles, but you’ll want to avoid doing this as you’ll need the tube to be completely dry in order for the patch glue to work.
      Once you’ve found the leak, take note of whether it is on the inner or outer side of the tube.
      If the hole was on the outer side of the tube, inspect the inner surface of the tire in that spot to make sure the object that caused the puncture is not still stuck in the tire. Double check the entire inner side of the tire by running your fingers along the entire surface, feeling for obstacles along the way.
      If the hole was on the inner side of the tube,inspect yourzipp 404entire rim to make sure there are no sharp burrs in the metal, and that the rim tape is properly protecting the tube from your spoke ends.
      Now that the rim and tire are clear, it’s time to patch the tube. Select an appropriate sized patch for the hole. Use the sandpaper or scraper provided in your kit to buff the surface of the tube for an area a bit larger than the patch. You need to buff the tube so that it is no longer shiny. If the molding line is running along the area where the patch is to be applied, you must sand it down completely, or it will provide an air channel. Once buffed, avoid touching that area with your fingers.
      Apply a dab of rubber cement, and then spread it into a thin coat, using your cleanest finger. Work quickly. You want a thin, smooth coat of cement; if you keep fiddling with it as it begins to dry, you’ll risk making it lumpy. The thinner the cement, the faster it will dry. It is very important to allow the cement to dry completely.
      Peel the foil from the patch and press the patch onto the tube firmly, squeezing the patch tightly onto the tube.
