World of Tanks Blitz is going closed beta on iOS devices.
You can apply for beta here: EU and NA
Jump in, testing will start shortly (once we roll out the server infrastructure and accumulate enough beta applications).

Not sure about the gap between the two, a lot will depend on how closed beta on ios goes. If it's short, then Android release is rather close.
