[WG] WG Minsk Celebrates Halloween

WG's Minsk office (including World of Tanks and World of Tanks Blitz dev teams) celebrates Halloween which is not a typical Eastern European holiday.

    I'm a little surprised that it isn't celebrated. I thought All Hallows Eve was a Christian thing. I'm not sure which flavour of Christianity is practiced in Minsk though.

      orthodox christianity mostly (~80%), and catholic form (~10-15%)
