x5 for one battle per day is nothing special, so I wont make facebook account just for that, BUT if you will give whole day of x5 experience, not just first battle, then I would make 100 accounts to like this idea :P

Once you reached your goal in the tree all xp related events are useless. Of course if your goal is to get all tanks in all trees it'll help. I'm settled with the german tree and after 6.6 there's nothing todo than to wait for the german TDs. A lot of XP will be collected until then. Afterwards there will only be premium tanks or other nations.

I would take a 48-hour 2x(all) weekend over a single day of 5x for the first win, but I suppose it's better than nothing.

ReplyDeletePlease keep in mind they're asking us to advertise for them, for FREE. Out of our own personal time. For each new player we bring in, there is the potential for that player to spend $50-$1000 on the game. I know some who have spent 2k in real money on WoT.
If they want us to jump through hoops for their benefit, guess what? They just became obligated. If they can't cut a deal better than making one of our 2x matches a 5x, then they will get zippo from us. Getting a 5x instead of a 2x is, what? About 500-3k xp on that tank, depending on various factors? So we get them potentially thousands of dollars, and in return WE get about 1% towards our next tank on that line.
They know it's a ripoff. It's a good marketing decision because they get little know-nothings to run off and spam their friends, bringing in more *actual* money, while they toss you bread crumbs. Virtual bread crumbs, even.
So, agreeing with the other posters... No, we aren't stupid. Most of us, anyway. You're trying to run a business, and if you want more business, you're going to have to do better than that when you cut a deal with your clients - especially such an obviously slated one.

ReplyDeletemmmmmm i think poster above has a real point. its addictive . and the company is trying to suck every penny out of people nothing is enough. i bought 60,- euro in gold and i will buy a lowe this week for the credits. so that will be 120,- i'll spend. i never ever in my whole life spend so much on a game. thing is you only get a lowe not 10 extra slots not a 5 month premium to go with it, its just ridiculous. i mean really enough is enough. a 120,- spend should at least open every single thing in a game up. at the very least you should get a slot for every tank out there in those trees.

1) Is this 5x Exp fist battle or first Win with each tank as per Daily Double ?
2) Does it Stack with the Daily double or replace it should your first match of the day be a win?
3) Is the 5x Exp for the first battle a one day occasion or will it be over an extended period of time ?
Overlord I know this is not the right place to ask but have you got any idea when will the retail version hit the stores here in Europe?

And I don't agree with UltraPulse's "..WoT has no obligation towards you..", of course they do. Most of us are PAYING customers. Without us there's no such thing as WoT. We pay for their salerys you numb nuts. ;D
The final nail in the WoT coffin will probably come in 24hrs or so. Did they uphold their promise to the E-series, or did they decide to go with the über nerfed test3 patch. I heard they decided to yet again nerf the E-series down to not be competitive with the Russian tanks and if that is the case, I'm guessing a huge $ loss for the WoT team this time.
And on the subject, one game x5 for spamming, that's not much of an offer in any case. :)

To only get ONE game of 5x xp, it better be for a few days or it's not worth even "liking" the page.
